{About your session}

Portraiture 
  • One location is included in your session fee.
  • We’ll meet on location in the late afternoon/evening.
  • I typically like to photograph babies once they can sit up on their own.
  • If I’m photographing little ones, the outcome of your session will depend greatly upon their cooperation. Feel free to bring snacks, little toys or anything that will keep them happy.  We will take mini breaks if needed.
  • Feel free to bring props and blankets! Anything that you want to add in the pictures to make it unique to you and/or your little one(s).
  • Approximately 20-30 images from a full session or 10-15 from a mini session will be presented in your private online gallery.  The amount of images varies with every session.
  • From those images, you may choose the digital images included in your package.

Seniors
  • 2 locations are included and may have to be shot on two different days {additional locations available for an additional fee}.
  • We’ll meet on locations in the late afternoon/evening.
  • Your session will last 1.5 – 2 hours per location.
  • One senior only.
  • Unlimited outfit changes {within reason}
  • Feel free to bring props.  What defines you?
  • I can shoot at your high school.  Special permission may be required for some areas of the school grounds.
  • Approximately 30-40 images will be presented in your private online gallery.  The amount of images varies with every session.


{Additional Info}

A 50% deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining session fee is due the day of your shoot. I will take cash, *check (made payable to Christina Kuehnel) and credit through my online gallery. *There will be a $25 returned check fee.

Sessions will be available for viewing within one week of the shoot in a private online viewing gallery through my blog.  Images will be available in the gallery for two weeks. Your print and digital image order must be placed within that timeframe.  Additional gallery time may be purchased for an extra fee of $25.   Sneak peaks will be provided on Facebook.  Your name will not be published.  If we’re friends, I’ll tag you so your friends can see.  Your final order will be delivered within two weeks.

Be as punctual as possible to your session.  I’m counting on the sun – lighting is everything!  If you’re late, your session will be cut short or rescheduled.  If you know your going to be late for an unforeseen circumstance please call me asap so we can reschedule.

In case of inclement weather (rain, high wind ect..), illness or emergency, a session may need to be rescheduled. Cancelations 48 days prior to your session date without rescheduling will result in forfeiting of your deposit.

What should you wear?  Wear something that is you!  Don’t be afraid of color.  White shirts with blue jeans are nice -- but is it you?  Coordinating colors is great but totally matching can look a little blobish.  Patterns work… but not too bold or too many different patterns.  And always avoid graphics! About digital downloads: This replaces the typical disc or usb drive.  Your high resolution images will be directly emailed to you from your gallery. 

Not all images taken during your session will be presented to you in your gallery.  I select the best images from your session, edit them and present them to you in you gallery.

Please take care when printing your images. Using a professional will ensure the best color, clarity and quality.  That’s right, no local store or pharmacy!  I recommend Mpix.com.

{Legal Stuff}

I reserve the copyrights to all images by Christina Kuehnel Photography on all digital downloads. I will be releasing only the printing rights to you. You may make as many prints and enlargements as you please.  Your session printing rights are for personal use only, please no commercial use allowed without copyright purchase or permission.

I can only guarantee your images stored on hard/external drives for 6 months after the date you receive your disc. If you would like a backup please inquire about a backup disc or make a copy for yourself.

I reserve the right to use any and all pictures to advertise, network and add to my portfolio unless a copyright has been purchased.  If you’re not comfortable with this please let me know.
